On November 16, Resurrection Catechists, Akpe Tsogbe, Vicky Baxter, Helene Stever, Michelle Rathbun, Pat Wainwright and Andrew Gomes attended the Archdiocese of Washington Catechetical Day: Pilgrims of Hope. It was held at Dematha Catholic High School in Hyattsville and included Mass with the keynote address from Bishop Juan R. Esposito, lunch and catechetical workshops. His Excellency’s message to over 800 catechists in attendance was to “Prepare for the Jubilee of Hope, Renew your faith, Increase the Virtues of Hope and Charity in all and for catechists to be a witness of God’s love in the world”.
