A letter from Phyllis Bottegal, Winterfest Chair, to the crafters
Dear Friends of Winterfest:
At this time, we deeply regret to inform you that we will need to cancel Winterfest 2024. Please know that this decision was reached after careful consideration.
I have so enjoyed getting to meet each and every one of you and admire your energy and creative talents. For over 20 years Winterfest has been such a fun community event and it’s you that I have to thank for making Winterfest at Resurrection a true success.
Several of our committee member have had to step down from their committees due to personal obligations. We have tried to brainstorm how we can continue the event this year, but at this time we don’t have the manpower to work the event. We are very saddened by this decision but wish you all the best and please know you will be missed.
I can’t thank you all enough for all the fun you put into the show. I also want to thank our amazing committee members who have spent their time and talent over the past years.
