The Resurrection Women’s Ministry Mission is to connect the women of the parish with one another in spiritual growth and loving support as they discern who they are called and created to be. This is accomplished through spiritual, social, and service activities. All women are welcome.
Planning Meeting Results in Wonderful Ideas for Advent and 2021
Thank you to those who joined us last Saturday for a RWM Planning Meeting. We had some really good brainstorming and ideas that we will present to the Parish Council as well as a new “Save the Date” of December 15th for an Evening Advent Reflection via Zoom.
One wonderful idea from Susie Diaz is a lighted Nativity or Creche on the Parish Grounds to bring some joy to our community as well as witness the true meaning of Christmas. Other great ideas included doing a ‘virtual field trip’ to a famous museum, outreach to those who are sick, lonely via cards or e cards and phone calls, starting January small groups via Zoom and collecting items for local pregnancy centers — like a ‘virtual baby shower’ to help women/families facing unplanned or crisis pregnancies. Please come on Saturday morning with any other ideas that can help keep us connected during these times.
