“And you, child, will be called prophet of the Most High, for you will go before the Lord to prepare his ways.” Luke 1:76.
At the Church of the Resurrection, we strive to prepare a child and its family for a life of Christian Service. Through the sacrament of Baptism, we are adopted into God’s family and we are anointed to share in the ministry of Jesus Christ. Just as Jesus was anointed by the Holy Spirit to fulfill the role of Priest, Prophet and King, all who are baptized are asked to continue the ministry of Jesus.
There are no monetary requirements (voluntary donations) nor registration requirements for Baptism, (but we hope you’ll want to be a regular part of our family, if not yet.) We have a Baptism Preparation class for the parent(s), for Baptism of infants up to 5-years-old. Pre-register at least a week ahead, if you can, by emailing Deacon Chuck Bieberich. The class can suffice for out-of-parish Baptism requirements also. If you’ve recently done Baptism preparation before, then let us know, so we can lead you on to the next steps for the Sacrament.
To begin the registration process, complete the Baptismal Information form and email it to:
Deacon Chuck Bieberich.
