A 2018-2019 Adult Faith Formation Series
A joint venture between St. Camillus, Resurrection, and St. John the Baptist Catholic Churches
This series of retreats, workshops and discussions brings the Gospel to bear on our daily lives. Using the teachings of Jesus, we will personally and collectively ground ourselves in God, becoming more open to the ways God’s love can transform us. Participants will learn how living the contemplative dimension of the Gospel can help us more deeply experience God’s love. 2019 topics will include Pope Francis’ teachings on nonviolence, politics beyond party affiliation, and our parishes’ options for responding to local communities’ needs.
What we plant in the soil of contemplation, we shall reap in the harvest of action.
– Meister Eckhart
