“Living the Gospel” is a 2018-2019 Adult Faith Formation Series
A Joint Venture of St. Camillus, Resurrection, and St. John the Baptist Catholic Churches.

As Christians we are called to help spread the Gospel. In this workshop we will examine how to be the voice of the Gospel in these turbulent times. Previous sessions examined the role of the laity in living the Gospel. Helping our church become a more effective voice of Jesus’ message on love, compassion, healing and inclusion was a fundamental theme in participants’ suggestions. The workshop will help us understand our role as laity to witness the Good News in word and action. It will also address questions on how to help parishes respond to a call for homilies and other pulpit pronouncements that more effectively bring the Gospel to life for today’s faithful.

Father DeSiano will be the workshop leader. He is President of Paulist Evangelization Ministries. The “Living the Gospel” series is of a partnership of three parishes: St. Camillus, St. John the Baptist, and Resurrection.
